This Cancellation Policy explains how order cancellations are handled for products purchased through RevampReach LLC.

1. Digital Product Notice

All products offered by RevampReach LLC are digital software licenses, including antivirus and cybersecurity products, delivered electronically.

Because digital licenses may be issued and activated immediately after purchase, cancellation requests are subject to strict limitations.

2. Order Cancellation Before Fulfillment

An order may be eligible for cancellation only if:

The cancellation request is submitted before the digital license key has been issued or delivered
The order has not yet entered the fulfillment or activation process

Once a license key has been generated or delivered, the order is considered fulfilled and cannot be canceled.

3. Cancellation After License Delivery

If a digital license has already been delivered:

The order is no longer eligible for cancellation
Refund eligibility, if any, will be governed by the applicable Refund Policy and the software provider’s licensing terms

4. Subscription-Based Products

For products that include auto-renewal or subscription features:

Cancellation of future renewals must be handled directly through the software provider’s official account management system
RevampReach LLC does not control subscription renewals once a license has been activated

5. How to Request a Cancellation

To request an order cancellation (prior to license delivery), please contact us immediately with:

Requests submitted after fulfillment has occurred cannot be processed.

6. Processing Time

Approved cancellation requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any eligible refund will be issued according to our Refund Policy and the payment processor’s timelines.

7. Policy Updates

RevampReach LLC reserves the right to update or modify this Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
